what is the function of this device that looks like a fuelpump on the inside of the of the tank, one hose coming from it goes almost under the carb and is conected almost in the bottom of the intake.

it runs a diaphram pump on the right wall of the tank! the tube onto the inlet stub must be open of course. on the MX(FC) and the FX(CC) they aren't as they had a normal fuel tank (high up as normal).

the suck/blow suck/blow pushes the fuel uphill.

so I try to answear my own question.
I think its an vacuum-powered fuelpump that transfer the fuel from the bottom of the tank to the higher part of the tank and trap it there to always have fuel for the carb and have the the ability to drain the whole tank thanks to the pumpsystem
