Guys, i picked up a new Akro pipe for the 09 FE570 and was wondering if the FI system is able to totally compensate for the freer flowing pipe, or if an adjustment needs made?

I suppose it can, becuse the ecu calculate in closed loop with the lambda, as i understand. Its isent that much of a diff in fuel to compensate for a slipon. what can it gain 2-4hp in the rpm range.

Regards

just let it idle for about 15 mins and it adjusts itself

So Gazza, you just need to do this the once and it remembers the settings, or every time you ride the thing?
