Okay, so my carb was leaking fuel , so I pulled the phillips screw & easily extracted the brass fitting w/way worn out o rings (3) .
I stopped at the KTM shop locally, no go.
I ordered the kit from fleybay & it got lost in the mail.
I really want to ride this bike !
So beings its fuel im sure a viton or whatnot needs to be used.
Im sure w/all the fuel injection & fuel o rings my Napa would have them.
Just need to know the proper size as im looking for no fuel failure !

Thanks in advance---Proflow

K, im going to do the napa viton thing as I dont want to wait any more. I'll bring the fitting & the old o-rings to compair. Im thinking just go a very larger than the existing, grease um up & hope for the best !

Harbor Freight Tools seems to be everywhere nowadays and has unbelievable prices.

For $10 you can get a whole assortment. Problem with these sets is that the O-rings are usually too thick. You may be able to use a slight undersize and stretch it on.

You can also use HNBR o-rings with gasoline.

Sudco usually has everything in stock and ships fast.
