FSE650 2004 Carburetor settings

Hello,

I tried searching the forum but could not find what I am looking for.
I bought a 2004 650 FSE, did a complete engine rebuild and covered the first hours. Runs fine but on the first 1/4 of throttle the engine hesitates a bit, sometimes cuts out a bit, even when staying for a long time part throttle. I had the feeling it got better when opening the mixture screw but did not solve it completely and made the start more difficult..
Entire engine is fine, I also checked the TPS sensor, no issue, so I'm confident it's something to do with the carb.
To be noted, I hadnt done the APV mod, this is now done but I cannot test it at the moment.

To recap, this is a 2004 FSE 650, with original Keihin FCR 41 and a complete Doma exhaust line without DB Killer (different from the latest Doma lines, the header pipes are held in place by springs and the diameter looks larger). standard air filter, I have a second seat with an opening but did not run it yet.

Here are my settings on the far right, next to the original values for different years (from 2005 the carb is leaner, is it because of the displacement reduction?). So basically i got richer main/idle jets.

Do you guys think I am in the ballpark with this and the issue was the APV? I'd just like to know if I need to find some different jets before next running.

Thank you!

Thanks for the input, I'll give a shot at smaller jets and if i'm still struggling order your kit ;)
