FS650 Headshake - Sag?

Im after a bit of advice on sag settings for my 03 FS650e. I hadnt touched the suspension since i bought it, and it has always suffered from a bit of headshake at around 80 ish, but since fitting new tyres it has got rediculous, i had a big moment last night which made me think i should do something before it has me off. I could hear/feel the front tyre scrubbing as the steering was flapping around at about 90!

The suspension had apparantly been set up for the previous owners weight which was similar to mine (70kg ish) hence me not bothering to touch it, but when i checked the sag earlier it was 20mm static and 60mm with me on it!

My main question is do i set the sag the same as enduro models or is it less for supermoto use? the manual states 85-100mm, on here i have seen 115 recommended? I gave it a quick twiddle to 80mm and it is miles better already, makes me think i should go over all the other settings, are the base settings in the manual actually a reasonable starting point or has anyone got any suggestions for me to start from?

Thanks in advance, Andy
