Hey guys !! I have Husaberg 2004 Fs650 Force Edition and I was rebuilding my Husaberg few weeks ago , My berg has too much power now !! I will give some pics in this week. I will give you some trick for more power and more cheap for parts.. Our cylinder is so expensive and I cant find cylinder part for my berg in Turkey.. I bought a wossner high comp. piston 99.97mm. Our pistons have 2 ring , one for oil, one for compressor. My bergs pistons have 3 ring one for oil , and 2 for compressor. we are usin for another ring bmw f650 ring. Its little thick but its give more compressor.. I was said that i cant find cylinder for 650 , Our cylinder materyal is same with bmw f650 cylinder and its good more than husaberg orj cylinder. But Ive got some problem for cooling system. I gonna fix today. Sorry for my bad eng :( I have some more trick and if you have question I will try help to you :D

Don't muck around.... Get the camera out ... Love see some project wif other brands
& mod to it.
Ow... Welcome to addiction forum

Thank you so much :) , Bmw f650gs 2002 cylinder code is (stock code in bmw's web site) 11117652877 and Bmw piston's ring code is 11257700411 RS-4 . Do you know our Berg piston's have one more ring place , you can turning to open e new ring place and you can use bmw's piston ring. But one more ring coming with more heat. So we must use high cooled fluid , I think Motul Motocool Expert is good and if you are hot place my think again we must use with cooling fan for our radiator we can use 12V pc fan :) I m goin more cheapest berg parts :D and I love husaberg power but I dont like cooling system and short using time. Ihave question can you help me for parts because my distributors is sucks , Thanx for reading :)

any pictures of the machining work?

I get my parts from the usa via shipito mail forwarding www.shipito.com, only 4 days express for a rear fender

see my signature for suppliers, Rick bozarth at boss offroad http://offroadboss.com/ and dan at motoexotica http://www.motoxotica.com/ have been the most helpful with hard to find items
