FS 570 2010 info

Hi, I bought a brand-new FS 570 and I have some questions.

After how many mth do I have to check or change piston and other engine parts? Service manual is 45mth race and 90 mth hobby. I had a CRF 450 and there was 15mth interval, but nobody is changing it earlier like 30mth.

Cam chain tensioner: I read here, so it is a problem on this bike. Is it problem on 2010 model too, or was the tensioner for 2010 rebuilded and is it OK?

Thank you very much

Do you mean 45 or 90 hours? I have the FE570 and that's the schedule for piston check/replacement for race and 'hobby' use respectively. I'm changing the oil & filters every 10-15hrs and going on the type of use I'm putting on the bike I intend to just keep an eye on how it's performing and oil consumption etc. and will base my decision to replace any parts on this rather than at any specified interval.

According to the parts lists the 2010 tensioner is modified from the 2009 version but mine is still intermittently very noisy so I'm just waiting on delivery of a manual tensioner.

Do you mean this? http://www.dirttricks.com/timing_chain_tensioner.htm
How can you set it? Is it automatic or must you to set it with depending on chain wear? It looks good, but I do not know how can i set it so tense of chain will be right.

How many mth do you have on piston?

Except tensioner, are any problems with FS 570 ´10? I want to have everything in good condition.

Thanks and sorry for my bad English
