FS 450/650 Front Brake Lever

I am in need of an FTE front brake lever. There are apparently 2 part numbers depending on year. I need the one with the 4 position adjustment knob on top, which I think should be part number 58613002100. When I contacted Motosport.com regarding this part number the fiche image they sent me looked like the lever with part number 58613002000. Anyone have the correct part number for the lever in the attached image, or have one for sale?

well I have the part 58613002000 in stock but it doesn't look like youur photo.

the other thing to remember is that KTM usually save the last three numbers to indicate 'upgrade' so the one with ......000 was possibly superceded by ......100. not always true but usually is.
