Frozen Bolt In Tank

:( Like it says in the Title.
I have a 2010 FE450 and, the bolt that connects the front of the composite "subframe" to the upper rear part of the main fuel tank (r/h side) is frozen. I've tried all I can think of to get it to turn but, I'm starting to see the threaded insert in the tank move. Once that lets go it's all over! So, I've started to drill it out. DAMN! that bolt is friggin' tough!
Anybody else ever have to get one of these out? and, what did you use, abrasive bit, or drill?

Thanks, & Happy Holidays!

I had the same problem. After soaking in penetrating fluid for a week which made no difference I decided to drill it out using a left hand drill bit. Started with a 2mm bit, then a 3. got about half way in with a 4 and the bolt unscrewed. Take it REAL SLOW so as not to get any heat build up and melt the plastic. Good luck and Merry Christmas!!
