Sticking my SM wheels back on for an MOT on my 2002 501e (replacing bearings all round on the enduro ones and neither tyre is road legal)...

Now I'm sure I /did/ have a spacer for it as there's no speedo drive .... and it's probably with the calliper bracket that I also can't find at the moment!

So, if gary grover doesn't have a spacer in stock, does anyone know the specs (well, how long, the rest I can work out I'm sure :)) the spacer should be so I can make one up or get one made?
I've got a supermoto calliper mount that I can use from my CCM by the way, so don't need that.

(Btw, did try 'the doc' and searching on here, but couldn't find anything.)

Is the 2001 wheel a 20mm axle/hub? If so, Enduro Engineering here is the USA makes a spacer to take the place of the old mechanical drive speedo unit on the right hand side. I know the newer 26mm hub/wheels are interchangeable between KTM/Husaberg, and I believe the older wheels are as well.

The spindle is 20mm where it goes through the bearings.

Spacers are available - it's just that I really need one in the next couple of days!

If my local 'berg place doesn't have them in stock that's a good point - I'll try the local KTM place too, ta.

Any chance anyone that's got one could measure it's length for me?

The KTM place didn't have any in stock and I didn't get back to Gary Grover in time because I was busy on some other stuff - so it's going to be 'DIY'.

Be useful to know, but I've now stuck my whole CCM front wheel and spindle in, which works ok so no urgency.
