front sprocket interchange w/KTM

Hi,
Does anyone know if the front chain sprocket on a 98 Husaberg FE 501e is the same as a KTM sprocket? There is a KTM dealer near me, but they have never heard of a Husaberg, so they are of no help in the cross refference. I am looking for a 14 tooth front sprocket if anyone has a particular model KTM that would interchange.

The KTM ones don't fit as far as I know, at least on my 02 they don't. They are the same as Husky and Vertemati.

First, boy are you in luck, I'm on night shift and was just doing my maintenance book for my Berg and I have just changed the front sprocket. It is an A1 brand which is in QLD I think but my local wholesaler can get em, the part number is 10-HQ1-14 (14 for teeth) and the JT number is 823, they are Husky ones. They also require a little spacer that fits on the counter shaft FIRST. If you either of these numbers in a bike shop they "should" know what you are after, the JT number is probably the most recognisable one.
Fancy a KTM dealer not knowing of Bergs? They have to now!
