How do you determine what you need?
How do you adjust it? Do you just turn the "net" under the rebound adjustment at the top of the fork? I'm assuming counter-clockwise is 0 pre-load, and as you turn it clock-wise it adds more, correct? Can you make this adjustment with the forks on the bike?
