Anyone replace stock radiators on 2009 FE570 with FPS Racing radiators? Part numbers for Berg stock match KTM numbers. I inquired at Supertrapp Sales (FPS parent Co.) The response from Steve in sales was less than helpful. I would think FPS11-7KTM450-L and FPS11-8KTM450-R should fit if they work on KTM's

Well no replies but, I bought and installed them anyway. The FPS radiators are slightly thicker than stock and are much better constructed than stock. And have bigger top and bottom tanks than stock. This caused the only problem. The bottom left tank or collector interfered with the 70 Degree valve cover. I cut the back inside corner of the tank in clear the valve cover and had a local radiator shop reweld it. Cooling fan is tight against the gas tank but, shouldn't be a problem.

Is there a place for the temp sensor? Also can you post pictures of the tank modifications? I was thinking of doing this to my 570 as we'll.

Sorry for late reply. I haven't looked at the forum since last posting. There is a tapped hole for the temperature sensor. The FPS Radiators are same as stock just larger as previously noted. Having problem attaching pictures. I am not properly registered or something like that. Anyway if you buy the FPS radiators and mount them you will see where the intereferance is. I used a dermal with cut off wheel to cut out a section of the tank then hammered the gap closed and had it welded. Very simple fix. I couldn't be happier with new rads. My 570 was always overheating and puking coolant. Now fan still runs occasionally but, no lost of coolant.
