Some how I have misplaced my suspension manuals for my 2000 FE 501. I'm servicing the forks and under the top cap there is a small black needle, oh no it's broken ! I would like to figure out the part number in advandce of my parts search and the manual is not in our down loads section. Any help would be most appreciated.

I cant help directly mate but id recommend looking on WP website, i was on the other day looking at the suspension setup guide which was very useful, maybe they have parts numbers/manuals there too. Hope this helps

Thanks Ken, I looked there but not finding what I need. Which is not only the exploded view, but part numbers as well.

Hey, Ron...
Did you try the BikeBandit or KTMWorld websites?? They have parts breakdowns for WP 43mm forks. This is from Bike Bandit 2000 400-LC-4 USA series
http://www.bikebandit.com/ktm-motorcycle-400-lc4-e-usa-2000/o/m5012, under Suspension button.
Try a search for a different year and model. Has worked for me chasing down parts. Try Factory Connection or a WP service center. They can dig up part No.s . The Factory Connection HQ is about 60 miles from me in Barrington, New Hamster. I usually get Billy Sjobol for help.
