Fork oil for FE570

What weight of fork oil do I need for rocky trails on my 2009 FE570?
I weigh 165lbs without gear, 195 with gear. I will be installing .46 springs.

Also, how much oil do I need to buy, and where can I find the special wrench to remove the top caps?

Cap wrench is available from any shop as a Motion Pro part from any of the big distributors or direct from MP. My last oil change I brewed up some ~6.5 wt by cutting 7.5 with 5 wt to try stiffening it up.
