Having read the "DOC" and as many threads as I could find, I tore into them to fix a leaky seal. Everything went well considering it was my first time. As per the DOC I backed off the rebound adjuster knob off before pulling the cap from the bike and the from the piston rod. I put my oil height at 120 mm. I re-assembled and noticed the rebound knob clickers seems a little tight or hard to turn. They seem to work(click) but just does not seem quite right, a little different. I have not trail ridden the bike since, to determine if the rebound dampening is working properly. Could I have SCREWED it up? :( I did not force any thing. Thanks in advance!

how was it before. the rebound adjusters on every set of WP forks i've ever owned has always been on the stiff side.

Just rebuilt mine , drop the caps off and see if the clickers free up, also check the rebound rod is properly located top and bottom.

Regards

Sparks.

RE: Re: Fork o/h

as above and just to say, pull the caps off and look up inside. then by adjusting the knob, you'll see what makes it tick. from there i'm sure you'll visualise what you are looking to achieve. it'll come right.
