i think the idea of a sustainable rally every second year is in the ascendency here! i'd love to be in canada next year but the spondoolies don't spread that far!

If you just move to America, you could save yourself the trouble and money. Just think, we could then have a force ride every year, because Taffy wouldn't have to fly over!

c'mon you lot! don't drop this now! i wanna know where we're going. json give us your two cents NOW fella!

all ex force riders should be sticking it up here what they want AND where they next want it! if i can volunteer and do anything from this end then please let me know!

if you 'septic tanks' would only leave your mother's bosom a bit more often... we could put you up over here but we don't ride over 2,000ft let alone 10!

Anyplace where 90% of bikes will need to be rejetted will not be a good place, IMHO.

Regarding the force ride. There is only ONE force ride, it’s the one held by the mothership herself, Husaberg, and it’s done in Europe at Hotel Il Ciocco. So, by the logic you are proposing, ANY other ride should be appropriately named, such as the “North American Force Ride 2007â€Â

I can't wait till you attend the next force ride, sorry Parsko, but I think that we have hijacked the term. Taffy, we are going to heckle you and heckle you, but please don't commit yourself to highspeed road surface sampiing again, or ledge jumping or ... you get my meaning. It will be a blast whenever and wherever you show up. Can't wait brother.

Parsko, when it comes to riding at altitude, at least here, you can't do much more than run what you brung. When you stage at 3000ft, ascend to 9000ft in 20 min and back again down immediately, you ride whatever hp your bike delivers. And honestly, your never on one throttle setting for long enough to realise that things are off. 125s suffer the worst, but they do get around, quite well actually. Coolant is the component that is often lost in the process.

Like I said Baumgardner Idaho
Good trails,Good country, Good fishing, a Hot spring to soak away the aches and pains, all that with GREAT bunch of guys and maybe a few gals, what more can you ask for. :D
But then again I am up for almost anything as long as I get enough time first.
What the ****??????????
I thouhgt FryGuy is doing the deal in EH? land. Oh yeah Shaggy cant get in the country hehehehe . Must have been a BAD boy when he was younger.

sorry parsko but when i read your opening paragraph i thought it was the end of the world... glad fry said it for me.

if it's high it's high - who gives a fig. TBM our british mag did a ride in the state where brothels are legal and reckoned it was awesome, it was high in some mountains somewhere?

i've said my two cents and just hope that by throwing this open and democratically we don't get too parochial about it!

i'd like to ride wherever robert de niro was shooting that stag (or wasn't if you get my drift!) or canada!

thing is for me-i can get good cheap flights into the big airports-not sure about canada though. sorry fry but you can tell these americans just don't leave their home state let alone their country-jeez!

keep 'em coming...

bob-i either ask you now or later-can you get us a link or two to the area you're thinking of?

Taffy, just to let you know I have found that it is cheaper for me to fly back to Toronto ON, and catch a ride back to Michigan rather than just flying there. Just a thought for ya, you could fly in cheap and road trip wherever, I'm sure someone wouldn't mind picking ya up.

cheers lubbz

we have long term euro members but with the exception of 'simon' few if any have over 500 posts. but they are however good members. i would like to see a european presence. this i'll chisel away at. flights out of many european cities to north america abound and there's a bed here for anyone making the connection.

Taff,

In many parts of the US you don't have to go very far to change the scenery. Here in Arizona I am within 6hrs driving distance from the beaches of the Pacific or baja Mexico, 12 hours from the granite cliffs of the Colorado Rockys, 5 hours from the pines of the Grand Canyon, minutes from the open desert and 6 hours from the Imperial Sand Dunes of Glamis California. I don't have to venture far from home to experience just about any type of riding terrain there is to offer. No swamps(bogs) and no tundra around this part of the country though. I'm just trying to say that because we don't need a passport to go to work doesn't mean we're not social. I do wish we had more of the riding like they have up in Canada and the northern part of the US though. Thats what I am hoping to ride in sometime....

Regards,

who took that pic, who is over the edge,, bloody Taffy was drinkin again!!!

Every time look at my 02, I see the scratches, there aren't many, I laugh like ... .

If we could have road one more day, I'm not sure he would have made it. A crash per day and I haven't posted the pics of the high speed road crash coming back from Gemini Bridges.

Taffy, you really must be more carefull!!!

Taffy's somersaults after being tossed off a bike, is definitely smoother than his riding. How long did it take you to perfect your technique?

You need to post those pics, Fryguy. That is terrible that you have been holding out on us.

you ain't seen nuthin yet!

brendan there are plenty of photos of your get off so stop being so bloody cheeky you young upstart!

sure was a learning curve!

Taffy
