For Sale: 2008 damaged engine

Parts included:

- Full gearbox
- Cilinder head with undamaged cam and sprocket
- Stock valve springs + acc
- Bell crank + con rod (probably damaged)
- Ignition + Cdi and wiring
- ...

Parts not included/damaged:

- Side cover
- Kick start (can put a 2002 kick on it if you really wanted it)
- Gear shift pedal
- Elec starter
- Piston
- Liner
- Valves

Remark: The engine casings have been damaged as can be seen in the pictures, if you wan't any more detailed pictures, let me know.

Story: Gudgeon pin circlips came loose, wich caused the piston to break wich caused in turn a lot of internal carnage.

No visible damage on the other side of the casing.

I have a couple of 2002 engine casings lying around, so if wanted I could cut the broken pieces out of those, wich would make it easier for a welder to fix the damaged 2008 casing.

Couple of other parts included wich I didn't mention in my first post, just to make it a bit clearer:

- valve cover + tappets
- clutch
- breather hose
- if wanted you can have the 2004 stock exhaust for an extra 100
- flywheel
- everything I've forgotten

if they modded the oil pump to get more than 4.5psi then they've almost got what you're selling BB :D

Gday there i emailed you via ebay but not sure it was working. I am chasing a cam chain tensioner - the whole assembly for my 2007 650. Can you list is please and let me know so i can bid on it?
 
According to www.bikebandit.com the parts new cost around 45$, shipping from Belgium to down under would be 50$ so I guess you'd be better off buying the parts new where you live.

Or you could bid on the cylinder head on ebay and I'll throw in the tensioner for free!! :D :D
 
Changed my mind again, so everything is for sale again! If anyone needs any parts for a 2008 engine let me know I'll respond with a picture and a price!

how much for the lot including postage to Australia, they weigh 43KG in the smallest box possible.

You can get an undamaged 2008 motor for 1000 aus$? That's like 750 euro's, i'll take 5 please :) Seriously if you can get a 2008 engine for that price, I wan't one :)

Do you still have the complete 2004 zorst (headers and muffler) available? Is the muffler still in good shape? (Im looking for a doner muff to free flow so I can keep my standard one complete) I only need the end cap but a complete muffler at the right price would be a good option.
Ifso, how much including freight to New Zealand?

Just had a quick check and it would be 120 euros just for the shipping wich makes a 'right price' a bit difficult :)

If anyone knows of any cheaper alternatives to ship stuff to down under, I'm all ears!

between 1000 and 2000 aus$ is the going price private sale or ebay depending on hours of use, they very rarely are seen even on ebay i paid 2200 for my last one and it came with the 41mm carbie plus i put my max bid in way to early which boosted it up. 1000 is for a well worn engine.

Well mine is not very worn, only very very broken :) think the shipping will be too expensive anyway, couldn't find a price online for a 30kg+ pakage.

Always tought the engine weighed 28 kgs instead of the 48 you stated?
