met up with Celticdude and a few of his friends today for a ride in the Northern Nevada desert at a place called Moonrocks. We got some good sandwashes and trails in the morning, but then the afternoon we wennt north a bit and found 2-3" inches of dry snow to play in. here's a couple sample pics from our play day.

I got to ride his Fe550. It is exactly like my Fe450 but MORE of that power stuff. Glad I got my 450 for woods, but if I could only have one bike that Fe550 would be the ticket.

he brings this one in for the snow landing

good fun today. He rode my TE-510. he can give you his impression.

Thanks to Big Bob for showing the group around. :D Moon Rocks is an awesome place to ride. This was my first desert ride on the Husaberg and that bike is amazing. The faster you push it, the better it feels.
Bob's Husky is a completely diferent beast. It feels heavier than the Husaberg and has a lot more engine braking. A very comfortable ride with a very smooth power delivery. I named it the "Big Easy."
