Are there any step by step instructions on fitting a kokusan ignition on an 02 fx470? I understand there are some pics on the gallery, but I can not find them?

Also, I am in need of the wireing harness I will need for this job. Does any one have a spare?????

way too much work and money. get a sparks rewind for the sem.

I had my sem rewound by sparks and it totally changed the bike which is a 01 fx-650. From my experience anyway it was well worth it. I just wish i would have done it sooner, the bike starts like its supposed to now!!

if you want to run the MX set up it could be done but till now nobody has bothered.

OK, if you fit the far smaller MX flywheel which only comes on the post 2003 FCs then you'll have loads of room inside your current cover to fit the pick up. after that (all the rest of the electrics) well - it's up to you.
