First ride out on the new 570 was quite amazing, 130 mile round trip. She (yes I have given her a name) handled better then expected, maybe a little hard on the back end, but I will see if she loosens up after a couple of rides if not will try adjusting the rebound a bit. She did cough once going through some deep water but not enough to concern me yet. I had the map switch set to standard and could see if I got into some trouble on a trail she might bite back so I might try the softer setting next time and maybe work my way up once I have got used to her.
(Things that went wrong) The only maintenance I had to do when I returned was tighten the spokes in the back wheel I would say 90% of them where loose, Just hope that is a one off and not something I will have to do every time.
My verdict, An amazing bike and cant wait till week tomorrow and do the Wye Valley trails
Mark.
