I just returned to world of dual sport/off road after a few years hiatus due to a crash. So I went over the edge getting back on dirt and acquired my first Euro bike, a decision I am still not certain was a wise one. However I acquired a 1997 FE501 in fairly good mechanical condition cosmetics only need a little help. I am already noticing that there is not much info out there on these bikes which brought me here. So far y'all have had all the information I have needed, primarily wiring as mine was made street legal just a few years ago by a previous owner. I look forward to perusing the forums some more as I build the spare engine that came with the bike.
