Hello
Just came into this forum as i searched for info on a recluse zstart pro whitch i purchased second hand
There is no instruction with it so im lokking for manual to install it
Before i had recluse 3.0 on a ktm exc 500 whitch i liked a lot especially when the going gets tough
 
I found a tuning chart on this forum but no installationmanual yet so is one of you got one for me i would be thankfull
 
Did you check rekluse’s website? Click the technical tab, and there are installation manuals for just about all their products. I just downloaded the manual for the z-start on a TE 250 I picked up recently.

Seems there are two things missing at the z start pro to proper install it
The gasket whitch i ordered at recluse
1 belleville washer but recluse has no washers anymore and wont make them either
So im asking if someone has a belleville washer for me ?
Or someone can tell me if one washer is enough to install the z start pro?
