FE570 tank leaking

Recently purchased this blue beauty, I filled it up all the way yesterday, and noticed gas seeping out of the black circle thing under the rear fender. On closer inspection, it seems to be leaking from all the fastener points. Are grommets used throughout the tank at these points?

I laid the bike on its side to see if any other places would leak, and saw fuel seep from the top, under the cover just behind the battery, and from the side, were the plastics mount. Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks!

Dang- so like I said, I’m a new berg owner. It looks like the original owner installed the 70degree under seat tank. That seems to be where the leaks are coming from.

Maybe it's the setup that the original owner turned into a tank. One way to see is the original has an opening to be able to grab the bike under the seat about midway. 70* tank don't have that also in the same spot there's a fixing right side that you can see. If it is the original going to be hard to seal. Tank sealant? Maybe? Some other pics would be helpful

It definitely has the 70degree aftermarket tank installed. The bike hasn’t been used much- 1600 total miles to date- my theory is the its been sitting dry for a long time and things dried out. After sitting full of fuel for 2 days the weeping as almost stoped. We shall see...
