FE570 rear shock run on exhaust ?

Mate looked at my bike the other day and pointed out that my rear spring was actually rubbing on my exhaust. Anyone else have this problem and whats the fix ?
 
Loosen exhaust pipe mouting points including the header, place a 2-3mm washer in between the muffler mounting brackets and sub frame, re tighten exhaust system mounting points.

It's still a close fit but this ought to fix it. It worked fine for me.
