FE570 Clutch / Rekluse problem

Hi all Husky/Berg fans.

After changing clutch friction plates on my 570-12 the clutch no longer works... (Before OK).
I have rekluse EXP2 and of course I thought I had done something wrong but all seems to be correctly installed.
The right no. of friction and steel plates (6pcs) are installed and the inner most friction plate is the small one together with the "anti-sqealing" rings.

The problem is that the pusher rod from the clutch slave-cylinder wont engage and I cannot operate the clutch (standard cylinder - no rekluse) - the clutch handle is "dead".
The clutch did work Before leaning the motorcycle while changing plates.

The pusher rod acts on a mushrom formed pressure piece which engages the pressure plate. In the rekluse information it says that there should be a bearing and washers towards the pressure plate, but on my bike there is no bearing/washer. Because of this I was wondering if there should be a ball between the pusher rod and the mushrom piece and I might have lost this ?
Or do I suddenly have a problem with the slave cylinder ?

Please advice as Im out of ideas...

(I tested without rekluse with all friction plates installed - same problem)

New info:
The rekluse is OK.
The problem (no1) was the slave cylinder - by some reason air in oil. Fixed this and the cylinder now act on the pusher rod.
Still one question :
I cant make the rekluse adjuster screw push the pressure plate enough (doesnt fully dis-engage the clutch) - should there be a ball between pusher rod and the mushrom shaped pusher unit ??? (or has the pusher rod shrunk?).
Anyone experienced from this rekluse exp2 ?

This might seem silly but did you make sure you are using the rekluse throw out and not the stock husaberg throw out? There is no ball bearing for the husaberg.

I use the rekluse throw out.
I only changed friction plates - the problem started when putting everything together...

Problem solved.
The spring in the clutch slave cylinder not OK making the cylinder pressed together too much !
New spring installed and rekluse now adjustable again. :D

Biggest issue is why all started - I didnt touch the clutch handle or slave cylinder while changing friction plates... :?
