Fe570 clicker setup

Hi Guys, So I'm trying to get a rough ball park number for the clicker suspension setup on the Fe570 2010, Its not for racing but more for a commuter ride I'm around 80kg and was wondering what other people have setup. only a guide.

everything is stock bar a 320mm front disc and im running 14/38 at the rear.
it was used off road before but now when im riding it vibrates and I get numb hands cruising at 100km down the highway for 30min.

If anyone can give a rough guide for me to start, would be great cheers

I'd try the settings they call Comfort / Standard / Sport in the manual, compare the difference and see where you want to go from there.

They're valved a bit soft so in my opinion you'll only get ye far with the clickers. DIY revalving is fun and entirely doable. Shim Restackor is software to simulate valves and shim stacks - Shim ReStackor, Finally software to tune a shim stack ... (I have a copy and can run sims for you if you wish)

Vibration at speed - Are the wheels balanced?

I'll have a look at the settings in the manual, prob try to set it up as sport (stiffer)and adjust from there.
Should I just leave the forks where they are in the clamps or bring them up or down through the triple trees?

I never really thought that the wheels could be unbalanced so I might ring around today and see if anyone can balance motorbike wheels.

I'd be interested to see how other people have done there's as well.

14/38 is very tall maybe good for cruising at high speeds I recommend slightly shorter gearing I use 14/44 or 15/44

the bike is way off compared to the UK.

12/52 here. the rear spring is way too soft. rear damping too weak (now everyone is an expert of course....)

the front fork shimming is a total phuqin mess. give us your weight?

what offset have you got?
