Hi, I belive my fuel pump has retired a bit early, as usual on these bikes:unsure: Today was my first day riding the bike after i got my license, and i have been counting down to this day for a month now, so im quite bummed
At first the bike ran fine and normal today, after about 2/3 hours of riding the bike started running lean, this caused me to redo the grease around the air filter seals. After that it seemed to be ok again, but about an hour later the bike started to fuel cut, it seemed like if i held it at a mid to high rpm it ran fine, but as soon as i started using the throttle it started to sputter. After realizing it was not going to walk it self of, i stopped at a buss stop, after stopping it, it refused to start again. I can comfirm that the pump does not prime, but the wierd part is that the FI light gives the fault code for the Coolant sensor? (1 long blink and 2 short) Right before stopping the bike it was backfiring alot from the exhaust, and cutting continuously.
Does anyone have any ideas why the Temp sensor is giving of a failure code/light? Or if it can be anything but the fuel pump or fuel filter?
Thanks for any help:D
