Hello, I tried putting a pair of new tires on my husaberg fe550 but the axel will only go through one fork and tire and wont go through the second fork. I seen a video where some guy changing a ktm tire said not to tighten the screws to much or youll crush the hole that the axel goes in. i think this what happened, if so what should I do? thanks and please excuse my terminology

Sometimes when someone removes the axle they use a steel hammer to tap it out. This often mushrooms the end of the axle and it will no longer fit back into the fork.
Test fit the large end of the axle first into its fork.If it does not slide freely then use some emery paper to reduce its size until it does.
Only use a plastic or hide hammer to remove axles.
