no a 1996 head won't fit a 2001. you can use any head including a 400 that is 2001 to 2008, that is how much scope you have! Thanks for that info, it will save me a ton of time and effort!

why would you ask for a head when you need a camshaft and assembly? Because I'm daft?

I have rockers (used) rocker shafts are the first pre 2004 part unavailable so you'll have to turn yours over or have something made. I have a 55 cam here. you really do need a 55 cam with that or be prepared to change the timing of any other cam like the 53 or 08 with slots in the cam sprocket. OK, so how much for the two(2) rockers and the complete 55 camshaft shipped to the US?

you may want to go to steel sprocket and later ADC while you're there. again I have 53s, no 08s but I do have the later ADCs and sprockets (new though).

Rick has a lot of Husaberg parts, years of experience with the make, and is located in Portland, OR. I've gotten parts from him overnight. Also, he may have some older used parts availible. Thanks for the link, let me see what Taff has to offer first.

I noticed you are in Boise - have you checked with Motosports in Garden city? Bob used to sell (and personally ride) Husabergs. Bike is at Bob's shop now, but he moved out of Garden City.
