Could the fuel mixture screw be too far out? Or you think its just the idle jet.

As another part of the clue, you can try doing the fuel screw adjustment procedure. The one in the manual is not bad, or search the forum
It involves setting the fuel screw and idle screw and pilot jet .. I'd only do harm by describing it on the run
A bike with a well-set fuel screw and pilot jet is going to idle much better, but it shouldn't change all of a sudden. But it might be a clue.

Hey guys, i got the bike running, i set the fuel screw and idle screw to stock position, and cleaned the pilot jet way inside the carb. Also the mounting bracket for the idle screw was bent, so that might have been the cause. :/
Haven't managed to find something small enough to reach the spark plug, its pretty tight, might have to shave something off my top
