FE450 very lean mixture

Hi there,
Have A new toy 2008 fe450 supermoto conversion, and decided to look a spark plug and its very white , as example http://www.dansmc.com/Spark_Plugs/Spark ... talog.html 22-23 pictures
Seems to be its to lean and I a little bit worry about that: at the moment I have checked:
Spark plug dcpr8e ( standart)
Main jet 178 ( its normal for 450? )
No gas leaks at exhaust no backfire.
Disconnected decompresor cable

as I remember my ex FE650 2002 spar plug was always black as coal :)

Any suggestions?

I don't have supermoto exrperince but I assume that its not allways WOT, so the rest of the jetting is also important.
You should check the owners docs to have some references, but every engine is a bit diferent.
Anyway if its lean, go reacher ! Just try

you have a split inlet rubber behind the hose clamp probably. With non lead gas the pug would otherwise be black.
