fe450 2010 fork questions (float)

Gona help a friend with a fe450 -09 , he`s not really happy with the fork and the 2010 setting are supposed to be better ( or is it??)
I have the stacks from 2009 and 2010 but missing the midvalve float on the 2010 fork , 2009 has 0,6-0,7mm or am i off on that number?

If anyone has a good setting and is willing to share i would be really happy.
