I just purchased an 03 fe400 and I want to change all of the fluids and filters. Is there a place where I can order all of these? I keep coming up with 09-12 kits.

if it is a genuine 2003 it will have two drain bolts side-by-side. that strainer is still available. if it is a 2002 and one bdrain bolt then ithe strainer is no longer available.
they don't make the strainer anymore so you need to keep yours and in good condition.
you'll have to make the kit up but I'd be looking for
strainer
two strainer o rings
o ring to drain bolt
two o rings for the oil filter cover
oil filter
