FE400 Carb Problem

I have the above bike 2002 with the dellorto carb, the problem i have with it is after binning the bike, the carb floods it appears to have an over flow tube which is not blocked but the carb bowl does not drain. What may cause this?

Any advise/info is appreciated

Huh??
I would think it would be a needle and seat issue, but I may have lost something in translation.
Do you shut the fuel petcock off when sitting, and does it leak as well?

i guess it will allow extra fuel in when on it's side. there isn't an overflow in the dell orto like the keihin for high levels so you get stuck with a lot of kicking.
