FE390 starts, idles for a moment, then slows until it dies

Fuel pump, filter, line, and sparkplug are brand new. It does this regardless of choke position, and in the video above I had the idle turned all the way up. Any ideas?

It's a long shot but try it with the gas cap off to ensure the cap is venting properly.

Mine was similar until I had the injector cleaned, worth a try.

It is definitely venting properly, but I tried it just to be sure with the same results. :(
