My 2010 390 has the same issue; in particular when I'm putsing around with my youngest and the bike gets hot. My bike has a new pump, a fan, and it has reflective tape under the tank to try and help keep things cool and this still happens.

Galbo's suggestion works but its always nerve wracking when this happens. Unfortunately, you can't get a kick start kit for the 70 degree motor so when the battery's drained, you're walking.

or even better your finding a hill and bump starting it

You can get the after market pumps on eBay for like £40 English pounds [emoji6],
How do you clean the injector ?
I think I read by using a 9v battery and air?

Just be aware if the different types of fuel pumps I might add, mine is 30mm outlet but others are different.
