I am looking for a set to borrow to make the mandrell from ( tool ) for mfg of 5 ply silicone hoses assy

I can make as a one piece design and eliminate the thermostat and also in the stock config

With no thermostat you will flow 30 % more coolant.

I will include lined s/s clamps with these hose assys


Let me know as somebody is getting a freebie and there old set returned....
Samco gets 185.00 for a set and they dont include clamps

has any one given you a set of hoses yet. I would be willing to send you mine if you are still looking for some.
 
I finshed the TE250/300 in both thermostat and non thermostat

The 501 are in production in non thermostat as most of these are for desert riding

Taskys Metric and Hyderacing are stocking dealers

I will need your hoses for a few weeks for the tooling process

A couple weeks is no big deal for me as I am having my suspension rebuilt right now and they are still a few weeks out as well. The issue may be isthe hose on the right hand side I installed a tempearature sensor for my trailtech voyager computer, to do this I had to cut out aproximatley one inch of hose, I could easily remove the sensor andinstall a piece of tubing to simulate the amount of hose I removed (approximatley one inch) and clamp th tubing in place so you can get the correct lenght and bends. I don't know if that will work for you but if so let me know adn I will set it up.

PM me and tell me where to send 'em. I got a stock set from my 570 you can use for as long as u need.
 
How much for finished product? Pictures of the 250/300 hoses you've made?

If you haven't gotten oem hoses yet, I might have mine available...
 
I would be interested in a set in yellow.. I bought a blue set (or what I thought to be a set) from somewhere and I only got the lower Y pipe in blue which I have already scored a bit around the clamp area in a tip over. It will probably start leaking eventually, so I will need a replacement. I have the stock lower Y pipe I could send, but I cant get the upper part out without having the bike down and out for a bit.

Either way I am interested in purchasing when they are available!
 
I need a blue set in a month or so. Will get a Samco kit with thermostat delete if no alternatives pop up in the market.
