FE390 2010 rocker arm seizure

Hi guys. I have a problem with FE 390 2010.
The bike ran fine, it has aprox 600h and I changed a piston. After the change my inlet rocker arm started to sieze. I changed the inner bolt, made sure all oil chanels are not cloged, checked the oil pump.
I rode the bike easy and after about 20 min I could hear it starting to seize again.

Bellow is the link to a video I made, you can see oil is comming out of the rod that's installed in the rocker arm and I just can't figure out, why it's sezing. Exhaust rocker arm is ok.

Any ideas?

Just guessing but how are the bearings and have you checked all oil related 1 filters 2 screens ? Hope this helps

I have had the same issue. Exhaust rocker seized and intake rocker badly damaged. The oil suction screen was blocked with fiber like material and metal particles. Just after a rebuild. It's not clutch fibers as some suggest - the clutch plates are same as when it went back together. It probably has an hour on it. The oil filter is clean and seems to be intact. Mine has discoloured cam lobes and rollers indicating the upper oil jet was getting low/no pressure. Possibly excess flange sealant from joining the cases? Retaining compound? Maybe something to do withe black coating on the Wossner piston? A mystery.

I had same problem, inlet rocker arm is the furthest in oil line , so first to fail. My problem was dirty pre oil filter metal screen. After changing the camchain it shaved a bit plastic of the cam chain guides. When the screen is dirty the inlet rocker arm will seize at higher RPM. Clean it a few times after bigger work on the engine

Have you had any issues with the rest of the engine? I assume the whole lot would have low oil. What else is damaged along with the rockers?

you could check the pressure release valve and remove it, there should be a torrent of oil then come out. that then means the oil pump is working well.

the 'drip, drip' of oil in the video is woefully poor.
