Hi guys. Today I changed engine oil after another 10 hours which is my usual period and strange green substance appeared on the filter. It has a green colour
and plastic characteristics, it´s like a chewing gum.
The engine have till now 140 hours and never been dismounted. Every touch inside the engine was done by the factory.
It runs on Motorex 10w60 only.
Any ideas from which place such strange substance can come? It looks like loctite or something like that.

Thank you for help to unveil this mystery.. :)

Gonna take a long shot here. Could it be from the build at the factory like gasket cement?
Is it hard plastic or soft like silicone. If it hard it might be the chain guide breaking down?
Guess, guess, guess

Change the oil. You must of by now. Any noises? Drain oil again check that screen again if you find anymore stuff time to start taking things apart. If not just check it once and a while. Keep riding so long as no new noises. By the way there are two screens. One by the head a tube coming off it. If that one is also dirty maybe start looking but I don’t know were? Oil filter OK?
