Fe 570 flat on power pls help

Hi guys

Please help have an 09 570 thats well maintained and has had a new top end 30hrs ago, recently changed the pipe to an akra slip on with the insert in and changed to a new air filter just the stock twin air type, use a light foam filter oil and dont over oil it well im not sure but its only a light covering with te excess squeezed out. The power seems abit flat almost like the air filter is over oiled and not sure whats causing it, when you wind it on its okay but dosnt pop off the bottom to mid quite like it should any suggestions ?

Interesting.

The bike worked ok before top end rebuild and with stock can? Was the problem after akra+new filter or with both top end rebuild work?

I found out that if you use the stupid insert in the akra the bike feels like a moped. No bottom/mid grunt whatsoever.
It's not engineered correctly and actually chokes the bike. Pulled it out and ahh 4th gear power wheelies again.

Wow my insert is out & bike runs strong was thinking of putting it in to see how much quieter it would be, not now I'll leave it out & just enjoy the power. Amazing they choke it up so much.
