Fe 570 Conrod repair kit

Hello all, I was just tooling about on the inter web looking for a rod kit for my 09 570, I'm having trouble finding aftermarket options would anyone out there have any ideas, I found one genuine supplier asking 500 aud for the rod and 690 for a complete crank ! Ktm crossovers seem hopeless as the berg small end is .040" larger, not sure about the big end though.

Ok, would someone enlighten me in the finish of a conrod small end ? Thinking a ktm 530 rod with some machining in the small end would be a good fix.

If you want to check if some parts fit by example KTM 530 you can check it by parts finder
I always use this site:
http://www.ams4ktm.co.uk/category/3-husaberg-parts.aspx
They have a parts finder for Husaberg and KTM

I thougt a 530 big-end doesn't fit a 570

And better put OEM in and check after 5 min running the oil screen
It cost me an extra cilinder

Thanks for the heads up, have been talking to Carrillo and the lead time is 12-14 weeks IF a 2.300" big end will fit in the cases. Luckily I haven't had a failure yet, just trying to prevent it from happening.

My crank uses a Carrillo H beam rod, it fits but it is not a stock crank.

Mine is a stroker crank so no part number to give you. I will see if I can measure it for you, a little buried in the motor but I will be able to get you numbers that will be close.
