Hello, i bought FE 570 in quite good shape with 180hrs ridden mostly on road, but it wasnt starting very good when cold, after heating up it started very good.
I rode it about 150km to home and it stalled 3 times. First after about 30km then after around 20 and then just before my town. It fired up immediately after the first two stalls, after the third stall it didnt do anything, even the starter didnt turn, i waited a minute and then it started immediately again.
What do you think so, can it be the fuel pump or something else ?

They are tight and clean, i forgot to mention that it stalled only in low speeds when i was coming to crossroads and i am not sure but think that only when i was holding clutch and dowshifting

So today i checked some connectors, sprayed some connector spray on battery terminals and raised idle speed, then it started at first crank but when i tried to give a bit of gas it stalled and made some weird metal click sound, but then it started perfectly again was idling with no problems. i was very happy about the nice starts but the stall really confused me. What could have caused it ?

Now the bike starts good cold or warm, except first start after replacing fuel filter in tank, i thought i clogged the injector with some dirt, but i push started it and now it starts good again. But the last problem is that every ride after about 45-60 minutes it stalls when im downshifting and bliping the throttle and it makes a loud pop in exhaust. Also i think its running a bit lean, but im new to this bike so its hard to tell for me. Anyone some advices please ?

Check your TPS position. Replace the filter at the fuel rail and clean your injector. Some maintenance that should be done regardless.

So cleaned injector, adjusted TPS to 0.62 (there was 0.579), i also installed a new 10 micron filter to the place of quick disconnect, and there was no filter at the fuel rail. Been on two rides and noticed its a bit smoother and runs a bit cooler. But still died once with pop in exhaust while downshifting to 1st, and also hesitated little bit on cold start, but hot starts are good and finally the license plate is all black from the exhaust, so i guess its too rich now ? Maybe too much oil in air filter ?

For cold start you might want to check valve adjustment. Tight valves are common cause of being hard to start on modern dirt bikes.
