Hi guys, long time:
Ok, I have a new FE450 2012. It has 15 hours.
Yesterday went for a ride, and started to loose power, then started to backfire, then stall a bit and then stall a lot until finally wouldn´t run.
Call my mechanic friend. We thought of a fuel delivering problem (fuel pump, filter, etc).
Check out everything, and saw that the fuel pressure was fine before one of the big hoses there is (the one that has a small filter in), but after connecting that hose, the pressure was lost. So we open the hose and took the filter off.
Ps. You couldn´t blow any air through that hose that had this small filter.
After taking that filter off (had to put 100 psi of air into the hose in order to take the filter off) and assembling everything again, tha bike worked perfectly.
So I wan´t to know if someone had a similar experiencia or knows about this.
I will post pictures on the hose and filter I am taking about. Is on of the hoses that connect the tank after the fuel pump with the engine.
I will try the bike tomorrow, and keep you posted.
Sebastian
