Okay so I have a 1997 FE 400 that has a busted rocker cover and I am having the worst time finding parts for this motor. Could anyone tell me if I could use a rocker cover or any parts for that matter off of a different year model or different displacement husaberg? Or possibly even if I could use parts from a KTM or husqy?

Theres a giant hole in the rocker cover. I think the guy who had it before me had the timing adjusted wrong.

so you mean the tunnel over the chain right?
that happens all the time.
all day long!!!
just get it cut out and file it till you have straight sides etc in the cut out. leave it to a fabricator to cut a nice strip of 3mm thick alluminium and let him weld it in. take the cover bolted to the head.....
