Hi all,

As I am concentrating on the FCR MX carb calibration at the moment, I've been reading through a great website and I find it has a lot of excellent information that maybe others here can benefit from too? Exploded view, parts reference and tech drawings/dimensions of needles etc etc

Never dealt with them and not affiliated in any way

thid is all old ground Damo - if we're on about progressing the jetting somewhat, then it has all been done. your talking to the man that developed the PAJ to PJ in 2000. it's been ignored since and now none of the KTM owners can lower their PJs.

anyway, the best jetting for these is everywhere around. even Bushie uses a 155 MAJ.

Well maybe it is old ground but so what? When I tried to search the forum I couldn't find anything on any of the stuff that I was looking for. Maybe the title of the previous threads aren't great then? I don't know. I simply don't have the time to read through every thread from year 1642 to try and find what I'm looking for, whether it's carb related or not. So when I do a search for something and it don't come up, I figure I will post it under a heading that maybe someone else will search for too in the hope that it is useful to someone.

As with anything I post, I'm never looking to big note myself and I couldn't give a **** about getting someone's gratitude. I don't have anything to prove. I do it purely and simply to help someone.....

With all respect, and this is not aimed at you or anyone in particular, but just because someone says something, I don't take it as gospel anyways and nor should anyone else. I read through what interests me and then I may agree or disagree with the comments. Simple. I then choose my own course of action.

I'm not trying to re write the laws of Berg tuning, it's just info for curious people to peruse ok?

And for what it's worth mate, I'll probably buy a tuning kit from you on my next order with your special needle anyways to try ..... because I generally trust you and appreciate your knowledge.

All the best
