Does anyone know of a wiring diagram for an 02 FC470?
I (and Dave Clark) have rebuilt the bike but the wiring is a bit of a birds nest!
I would like to lighten the bike so lose the starter motor and the battery and strip out as much of the wiring as possible. I am aware for a daytime MOT the bike needs very little in the way of lights or horn but I would like to keep the front and rear lights and the horn as I will be using the bike on and off road so need some lighting to keep me safer and the MOT guy happier (and just in case i'm not quite home for dusk!)
Would it be easier to strip out and rewire?
If so would anyone have already done this and have a diagram?
Am I correct in assuming that if I disconnect the HI/LO switch it defaults to HI?
Any info on what is required minimum on the bike would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry there are so many questions but electrics are a little 'Black Magic' to me!
