Fan Kit

I'm looking for the original 06-08 Husaberg Fan kit # 80035041044.
I'm not finding it which isn't surprising.

I have found the Ktm 55135041044 Fan kit.
Anyone know whether it will work?

Or even better where I can find the original?

as you know Pollo, the KTM policy is to make it impossible to confirm if the part from A will fit B. My results confirm that it is usually the case that they do.

what you need is all the photos you can get of the original and then take them to the bike shop and check them against the image.

strictly speaking, electrical items should never be returned but you may have a good working relationship with your shop and that they trust you.

I may even have a look at this one myself if you don't as I'm sure that there are a few people out there thsat want the fansd.

my 08 FE450 has the original fan kit and I'm parting the bike out.

I wired up a fan to my 550 as I did on the 650.
Cost me about $15
It has an on/off switch which is fine with me.
It may not have the power of the Oem fan but at 1500 rpm seems to do just fine.
And the price was right.
