This would be mainly for you guys that have forked over the cash and have the Ti header pipe for a 2009-2010 Husaberg FE. If you have the original header pipe laying around, I might be intersted in it. I have an acoustics background and have been thinking of doing some experimenting :idea: , but don't what to disable my current original header pipe. If you would want to get rid of it cheap let me know. :nerd:

I'm sorry I can't help with the pipe(sorry), but thought you might be interested in some work one of our resident geniuses did concerning developing an ultra-quiet no-maintenance exhaust system for the Husaberg. I've gathered together the relevant threads and put them in chronological order. Go get your reading glasses:

Interesting reading, this is more of a curiousity to me at the moment, combined with the weather and being mentally bored. I may PM Simon if I can't get the idea of messing with the exhaust out of my head. A short time ago I got on to the kick of trying to make my bike as silent as possible. I have a couple of "quiet loving" neighbors :cuss: and have challanged myself to make my bike stealthy, but retain it's performance characteristics. I think it will be a never ending process.
