After burning two holes in my rally pants I am looking for an exhaust protector for my FE570 '09.

the one made in australia by motocomposites is pretty good. its longed than the akrapovic one. but i did have to cut a lil bit of the bottom to fit it with the force bashplate.

I haven't burned my leg or pants, but yesterday I laid my hydration pack against the header by mistake and it burnt a large hole in it. Fortunately the plastic on the header quickly burnt off and I wasn't left with a messy pipe - it sure looked bad at first.
You can ask Kuntzinger he offers exhaust with integrated lambda protection. I have found them on this page:
